We accept artwork in the following
formats and applications:
EPS; TIFF; PDF; or Quark XPress 6.5, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
CS. All earlier versions of these programs are acceptable.

Note: Files created with word processors or presentation programs
(such as PowerPoint) are not accepted.
Fonts & Links: Macintosh
platform is preferred. All fonts must be supplied or converted
to paths. We cannot be responsible
for output integrity when TrueType fonts are used. All linked
files must be supplied or embedded in the document.

Media & E-mail: Zip disk, CD
and DVD submissions are acceptable, and a hard-copy proof must
accompany the media. Files submitted via e-mail must be accompanied
by a hard- copy proof by fax or mail. Please call for e-mail
address.
Process Color & Output Settings: All process color files
must be in CMYK, made with a maximum combined density of
240% and only one solid. Type should only be surprinted in
areas having tint values of 30%. Four-color reverses should
not be smaller than 10 points and should only be reversed
out of areas having at least 70% tone value in black, magenta
or cyan. All artwork should be no less than 300 dpi.
